Murdin Developments is the property development division of Murdin Group, focusing on high-quality refurbishments, conversions and new build projects across East Anglia and surrounding regions.

Established in 2025 following the successful completion of our first full property conversion project, we continue expanding this side of the business with further developments already underway.

Combining our background in groundworks, civil engineering and construction, we undertake projects using our in-house experience alongside trusted specialist contractors, allowing us to maintain quality, presentation and professional standards throughout every stage of the build.

From structural alterations and full refurbishments through to complete property transformations, we are able to organise, manage and undertake projects from start to finish, coordinating trades, materials, programmes and site operations throughout the entire process.
